I admit it, I went to see this with my kids simply because they are too young to go to the movies without an adult. I had no interest in seeing it and thought I'd hate it because Minions don't strike me as lending themselves to intellectually stimulating conversation. What I discovered was that sometimes you need to forget you are an adult and just be a kid again even if it's only for two hours. The problem with adults reviewing kid movies is we are adults and these movies are not meant for us. If you watch it as an adult you will more than likely hate it. Just pretend to be a kid then you will discover nothing is better than wishing Minions were real and you could be their master :-)
