This is a great product. Just a little bit of helpful advice for anyone who doesn’t have a scale for proper measurement. There are about 6.7 grams in a tablespoon of this powder and 15 grams in a tablespoon of water (5 grams in a tsp). So if you are trying to mix this and don’t have a scale, you can easily do the math yourself (i.e. one tbsp of powder mixed with 4 tbsp of water makes about a ten percent vitamin c solution (6.7/66.7*100). One and a half tbsp. vitamin c powder with 4 tbsp water makes about a 15% solution, and 2 tbsp vitamin c and 4 tbsp water makes about a 20% solution). It’s super simple. This is a great product and I am thrilled to find it available on amazon.
