Seeds are suppose to bitter which they were. They are very fresh I take these as a preventative of getting cancer as it runs high in my family. I’ve been taking these seeds for a couple of years however not from this seller. They do not make you sick or die. Jzzz. I will buy from this seller again as I have no complaints and am very happy with my purchase.
