Backdoor bulimia, LMAO
So, if you haven't read the review about the guy who found Jesus in a grocery bathroom stall, that is the review that convinced me to buy this product. Lol.
DISCLAIMER: This review may contain details considered as TMI.
Word of advice: if you have an eating disorder or you're a food addict, I would be very cautious on using this product. Please, by all means, if you're unsure, please consult with a medical professional prior to purchasing. I am not a licensed professional of any sort and am not claiming to be - I just want everyone to be safe.
OK. On with the good stuff and gross stuff. After I read many reviews, I decided to try this product. I had surgery, the mommy makeover, and have been pretty much chair bound for 4 weeks. I have had so many medications and my bowel movements have been off due to all the medicine, that I thought since I'm feeling better, to try a cleanse and get some of the "toxins" out of my system.
It's nearly been 6 weeks since my surgery. Everybody heals different. Word of advice - wait until you no longer have any pain whatsoever before trying a cleanse.
The first week, I only took one pill per day, at night, with water like the directions say to do. The only thing I did was not take 2 pills after the 4th day. I started taking 2 pills on the 2nd week.
The first week, I literally would poop about 4-5 times in the morning, nothing uncomfortable, regular poop, no diarrhea, but I was gassier than usual. My friends and family kept asking if it hurt, and I told them it was like taking a regular poop, but just more than I was used to in the morning. My BM's usually slowed downed and/or ceased after lunch. I lost 2 pounds but I cannot attest to whether those pounds were from the product or if it was from water weight from my surgery. I'm nearly fully healed and my doctor had approved me to start light exercise.
The second week, this is when I got "addicted" to the pills, if you want to call it an addiction. Today is my 4th day of the 2nd week and let's just say that the first night I took 2 pills, I ate a bunch of junk food and thought to myself, I'll just poop it out tomorrow. LOL. OMG. I woke up, feeling gassy, I knew to sit on the toilet to pass gas from the other reviews, and let's just say I was sitting there for about 40 minutes. All I thought of was how that guy said he found Jesus, and all I could think of was how Satan had a tight grip on my colon!!! It wasn't painful, but it definitely was gross. This is going to sound dumb, but my poop usually does't smell that bad (I try not to eat meat), and let's just say I used one of my bf's "dude stank eliminators" (go look them up - they work really well) to try to keep myself from gagging. I had one more session with Satan after that one, and that was because I had my morning coffee.
The second day, I thought to myself, you know, I'm gluten sensitive and I haven't had REAL bread in a while so I'm just gonna eat it up because I know it will all be out of my system by the morning. This is where it was getting addicting. I ate french bread with brie, crackers with my chili, cake, and cookies. I went on a binge. It was definitely SCARY for someone who hadn't had any really good baked goods for such a long time. The next morning was worse than the first, but to me, it was worth it. I had one really bad session right when I woke up, drank my coffee, and had another bad session, and then was scared to eat because I knew it would activate the percolation of my bowels. I ate later around 4pm, I had not eaten all day - only had coffee in the morning, and I did have another session with Satan, but nothing like the first 2 times.
The third night - I had a very bad day, as in my best friend called crying, I had an argument, my bff's sister was irritating and kept texting me, etc. I usually eat when I stress, and I thought to myself, I want fried chicken with rolls and gravy. See where the addiction can come into play? I woke up this morning, and this by far was the worst. My brother and I were texting and I put the "run" emoji with the "volcano" emoji, and he replied "you're summoning your ancient ancestors". He's a complete moron. So hence the need for entertainment while my colon was battling with Satan.
BUT HERE IS THE WORST PART - Now I want to keep taking them so I can eat crappy food you shouldn't eat and not gain weight!!! Ugh. So that is why I named my review, backdoor bulimia. If you don't mind pooping your brains out and living close to a toilet all day, this is a dangerous product for those like me.
I've told myself tonight is the last night I will take these pills. They definitely clean you out. They eliminate any food you ate the day before. You will need to be close to a toilet once you start taking 2 pills. Your stomach and intestines will make percolating noises all day. It sounds more like having a little thunderstorm in your abdomen than it does percolating coffee. LOL. I keep waiting for an alien to burst out of my belly button but then I remember that it's just that I had a tummy tuck and I'm dumb enough to torture myself by taking colon cleansing pills.
Also, if you read the fine print, at the very bottom of the bottle, one of the ingredients is magnesium. Once I read that, I knew that's why Satan visited me. Magnesium is not my friend and neither is Satan. LOL.
Items that may come in handy: Baby wipes. Dude brand "stank eliminators. Perineum bottle with water - women who have had children know what these are (it's like a portable bidet). Water. Electrolytes. Vitamins.
It seemed after I took my multivitamin and other supplements, my abdomen didn't make as much noise. You definitely should be trying to resupply your body with some good stuff since you're getting rid of all the bad stuff, per se.
My sister-in-law just ordered her a bottle because she loves junk food and said she wants to see if she can eat what she wants and not gain weight while she takes these!!! Again, this product may be dangerous and addicting to people who are food addicts. Please take precaution and careful thought prior to purchasing.
