I have tried other memory vitamins but none have worked as well as this. I could honestly see a difference within a day or two. I have been having a hard time thinking of the right word at times and remembering what I was about to say at times and so I have been trying different supplements to try to help me. This is the one I am going to stick with. My mind is sharper and I am not searching for words anymore. I can wait for someone to finish a sentence before I talk because I won't forget what I was going to say anymore. I don't feel like I'm going downhill anymore. Very happy with this product. I just take one every morning. That's it. A lot less pills than I was taking with the other brands too.
