Works fine on my daughter's First Gen. Kindle.
Great app! I bought it on my Kindle Fire HD, and it looks great. My kids have been giggling at Mickey Mouse for days. My daughter downloaded it on her first generation Kindle Fire yesterday, and she's played through almost all of the levels already. She hasn't had any issues that I know of. Not tons of levels yet, but I imagine they'll update with more occasionally.
