Through Amazon prime had ordered and was using Manukora 20+ 500g at the suggestion of my Doctor and wanted to purchase three more smaller bottles for close friends around me. I jumped online and by mistake ordered those manuka honey bottles from a different company which has a very similar jar. When the package arrived, there was leaking honey all over the inside of the box - a sticky mess. I sent a message to Manukora and explained what I received. It took a few back and forths before they pointed out that it was not their company that had sent me that second order of manuka honey. Upon careful label reading, I found they were correct- I was chagrined and apologized. However- this is where it gets really good - they commented that they were happy that their honey ( the first order ) was helping me heal and sent me another 500g bottle of their precious honey even though it was not their error. Really !! I couldn't believe it. I will always recommend this company, for their amazing healing honey (just got back my last test results and I am All Clear - healed) for their customer service and for their tremendous heart-centered approach to people. This was an act of kindness I was so not expecting. I thank you so much. Sometimes it's not just the medicine that cures you but the kind hand that offers it to you.
