I was living in a little cabin deep in the Costa Rican jungle for a couple weeks. I only had a power outlet and running water. I was able to cook eggs, banana pancakes, spaghetti, corn, beans, mushrooms, hot tea.... I was able to fit this into my backpack just fine. TSA had to check it out, for some reason they seemed a little confused. The 150 watt setting was hot enough to boil water. Wish it had a 75 watt setting. The 600 watt setting will boil water extremely fast.
