I struggled on how many stars to give this bag at first. It is comfortable and lightweight. Not as small as some other backpacking sleeping bags I have but good for the price. However, the zipper broke on my first night. Just snapped right off. When I returned home I found out I had an email directly from the seller wanting to know how I liked the bag. I told him about the zipper, we had some conversations and figured it was just luck of the draw, a weak zipper and I was drew the Short straw. He assured me they hadn't had that problem before but would look into non the less. He offered me a full refund as well. I was so impressed with MalloMe's customer service and attention to their products that I would definitely shop their products again. I know with confidence that they care about the quality of their products and their customers.
