Stamets 7 is a great product, I haven't been sick once since I've started taking Stamets 7, no colds, no stomach bugs, not even as much as a sneeze when my Jeep is covered in yellow pollen as is so common in the South. Now, I'm a generally healthy person, but, fact of the matter is, even healthy people get colds and have allergies, but I haven't had any issues since taking this product. Pollen used to make my eyes water and nose run, but not this year, nothing...I'm not complaining, I think it's awesome. Will this do the same for you, who knows, I'm an engineer, not a doctor...this is just my experiences. Before buying this product, I researched Paul Stamets and his company, watched a number of videos on YouTube where Paul himself talks about the medicinal properties of mushrooms. It's also true that today's Chinese and Japanese medicine are supplemented by medicinal mushrooms. I think Stamets 7 is awesome, it's food, it's medicine.
