Overall i will give 5 stars. The color is amazing has grind and cut mode. Basically shade 3 to 13 available. Has that large 4 in view and my bifocals line up perfect every time. This is about my 5th auto dark. I been welder since mid 90s. My first one was 400 bucks and this is night and day over it. Really over all of them and i have had some name brands. Infact this is the first one i did not buy from my local welding supply. Well worth the money. Head gear is comfortable but doubtful it would hold up to rugged use. But is that a deal breaker? Do you do this as more than a hobby? If so replace the gear the lens is amazing this should be a $250 hood. The head gear is usable and even comfortable just not very heavy duty. I love the fact it is a 4 in lens then the true color wow next level. Mind blown on clarity. If you have a hard time with glare and following a weld line this can help a lot. I got out for a while and since i have got back to it my eye sight is so bad the green glare messes with me and this hood solved all that for me. Your old eyes need a large lens true color view. This is a real review if my opinion changes i will reply. Update. Still love this hood but the ratchet in the head gear gave up. The head gear from my Miller fit perfect. I checked and a Miller head gear is like 16 bucks, readily available and will last. Still the most bang for the buck the true color lens is worth triple the cost
