Do your research on what to look for in a pro biotic, and you will choose THIS brand. I looked at many, many choices, before choosing this one. It was the ONLY one that hit each and every point made of what to look for. I had been taking a cheap bottle of "Nature Valley" from WalMart...it was not working and my UTI was getting worse. So I did some reading, and realized that if your brand does not have 1. At minimum, 6 million cultures, 2. Guaranteed for shelf life, 3. third party testing......then it is most likely no longer even a living culture by the time you buy it... Educate yourself what to look for....them come here and buy this stuff....it actually works! Imagine that...a product that really does what it says it does! ....
