I am a physician and have been using vibration plates in my office since 2007. I have owned several and most of them were $3,000 to $5,000. I was very hesitant to buy such an inexpensive one but it fit the space I wanted to use it in. Several months and daily usage have shown little wear on the unit and it has not gotten louder. I am very happy with the product and send patients to Amazon buy this unit for home use.
