I like that there are So few ingredients since I am allergic to artificial sweeteners. I find the vanilla will stay mixed up even after sitting overnight. I do have to use my nutribullet to get it to blend nicely but I can do it ahead of time and it will not separate. The chocolate flavor will separate after a couple of hours. I like to mix it with oat milk. The combination is delicious and not to sweet.
