I was very pleased when Dean arrived. As usual, he was hungry and to my delight immediately started flirting with me. However, Dean was very upset that I had not ordered Sam. He threatened me with Ruby's knife until I agreed to also order Sam and attempt to pre-order Castiel. Other than that little scene, I am extremely pleased.
