I had something happen to my knee about a month ago - all of a sudden it just started hurting, sometimes to the point where I couldn't even walk. I got this knee brace, wore it one day and Wow! absolutely no paid the next day. Now I wear it to the gym and sometimes at work, but my overall comfort has improved 100% - I would definitely recommend this item. Just one small fly in the ointment - the sleeve has a nasty little sewn-on tag at the top that is really irritating! It digs into your skin and hurts. I tried cutting it off, but the threads must be f some kind of super-power material, because it still irritates my skin. I'm thinking of putting a small piece of fabric over it and move on. This brace is too fantastic to let a tag bother me - but I still wish they would get smart like some other wholesalers and just print their logo instead of attaching a tag!
