The product is very good and does exactly as stated....I use it only on my head and it does a very good job. It does not cut as close as a cartridge razor for which I am grateful. The cartridge is too close and leaves me shiny. When my product arrived it had no charger included so I emailed the company and got a prompt positive response asking for my shipping address to send one to. The next day I received a 2nd email telling me that a charger was no longer included but they would send me one anyway. Great, prompt customer service.
