When I saw this was made by EA, I had my doubts. But I love Tetris, and it was free, so I gave it a whirl. Thankfully, I was pleasantly surprised. Previous Tetris iterations have attempted to shoehorn buttons controls into a touch-screen system, which rarely works. Instead, this version shows you possible placements for each Tetrimino, so all you have to do is tap. It works beautifully. The game does have the occasional ad and plenty of microtransactions, but these are expected in a free title. The main game is lots of fun. I never thought I'd say this, but good job, EA!
