Tastes good BUT there are things you should know
It’s tastes great. But I didn’t know that many people didn’t know they’d get allergic reactions to biotin. Also... I had to stop taking them because it throws off your thyroid levels. Also, never take these a month prior to surgery. (It’s still a good product though... the problems are only for people with health issues.)
