I got a blue one. This thing is truly scary. The sound alone will make anyone think twice before messing with you. I got it for my wife to carry in her purse. Honestly, she's pretty terrified to use it. If you see the spark, you'd understand. It really looks like it will hurt, hurt bad. When I first got it, I turned it on, let go of the stun button and touched it. I guess there was still some juice in there because when I touched it I saw a small spark and my whole arm clenched for a split second. 5 minutes later I could still feel that muscle pain. I can't even imagine how painful it will be having it 3 full seconds on attacker's neck. The flashlight is a great feature, very bright. It can be charged directly from an outlet, no cables or adapter needed. The case is made from very cheap material. Will be good enough to store but won't hold up if mounted on a belt. Edit: A year and a half later, still works great. I use it for dog walks mostly (I've witness some crazy dog attacks lately) to protect my wife, my dogs and me. I added a video demonstrating the most scary noise you'll ever hear (and the flashlight). Video was filmed in the dark to show the spark better. FYI, the sound is much more impressive in real life.
