This ice pack is super cold as advertised. I like that I can pull it out of the freezer and I don't have to use it immediately for fear it will be too warm in a few minutes. The only thing I don't like about it is its flexibility. I have to use ice on my hip flexers and so this won't bend to cover both at the same time. I have to hold it in place, or use it on one side and another ice pack on the other. It does stay cold enough that you can use it on a different area once you've completed your 20 minutes on the first area. Sacrum and glutes they work perfect on. Just really depends on what you are using it for as to whether it will be flexible enough.
