My number one way to go number two! 🚽 🧻
Very mild but VERY effective. Even when taken up to three times a day it seldom causes cramping or dehydration like other laxatives on the market.
Usually, just one capful produces a bowel movement within 12-24 hours but everyone is different. At my worst I have needed up to 3 capfuls in a day. I have a lot of health issues though and take meds that cause constipation. If it weren’t for Miralax I would not beable to take pain medication.
