I've been using this for 3 days and I must say that this is the best that is out there. I have tried at least 5 different types of artificial sweeteners. With this, I don't find any aftertaste, such as metal, that you find in many of the artificial sweeteners. I also have not had any side effects, such as headaches or diarrhea as many of these artificial sweeteners can give you. I did research on this, and found that it has many health benefits. It is made from White Birch and I'm happy that I found this. I also like the fact that it is granular, and not powdery. It dissolves very quickly and hot liquids. It tastes like sugar, but it is not two times sweeter like artificial sweeteners. So you use it just as you would if you were using regular sugar.
