I'm a women's size 14 and I usually wear a size large to extra large in shirts. I ordered an extra large and I love the way it fits. It is just long enough I wanted it to be a cover-up and it works for the look I was going for. Oh, I'm 5'3 and it falls at the bottom of my calf. And I can't close it across my chest but that's okay because I wanted it to be an open face cover up
