I write this as I'm lying on it. I first bought a Coldest Water ice pack a few years ago, I had a knee injury and lived in Florida and ice packs kept instantly going warm on me. Now I have a back injury and I'm using this on my back and down my leg daily. This lasts until I'm done, providing comfort in like 10 different spots without me having to use multiple ice packs or go back to the freezer for another. I bought a second recently one just in case I ever fall asleep on it and accidentally leave myself without it in the morning. The quality is exactly the same as the one I purchased years ago. The cover is a convenient way to strap it on wherever it's needed. I'll never buy a cheap ice pack again.
