I washed this in cold water and dried on air fluff. It did shed a bit the first time as I expected with this type of blanket especially for the price. It’s fantastic. Very comfortable and as you can see the cat likes it too! I looked at similar ones at much higher prices and some were dry clean only. I like that this one has the fur on both sides. One similar from PB cost 4x more and is dry clean only!
