Works like Black (ink) magic!
Before image on the left - no black ink
After image on the right - perfect.
Follow instructions- and "clean printhead" 2-3x after using the product.
Hp 5520, let it soak for 30 minutes, wiped down and soaked the printhead a second time. Dried off and everything is fixed.
Full disclosure- I removed my printhead to soak in the cleaning solution.
