I've had my LETSCOM for about two weeks, so it may be premature to say it's great! But it was easy to pair with the App on my iPhone--almost everything on the tracker is controlled with the App. The App is easy to use and syncing the tracker to the APP is very quick. I've had 3 other trackers (the Charge HR) over the past 2-1/2 years and all three have broken (two in the charging area). When I was once again offered a 25% discount on the purchase of a new one, I said that's it, I'm done! I can buy 5 LETSCOMs for the price of one of the major competitor's and I think the LETSCOM is better. The band is more comfortable (it's softer) and the display is larger and very clear. The display has a battery indicator, which I like. I feel that the step count may be more accurate than its competitor, which I believe over-counts the steps due to random arm movements. I also like that the LETSCOM comes apart easily to charge and that the battery lasts at least a week. The only minor issue is that the band is one-size-fits-all and I have a very small wrist. I have it on the 2nd to last hole, so if the band stretches, I might have to have a shoe repairman make me another hole. But, other than that, I love it!
