The seller/manufacturer is great. They sent me an email afterward to ensure I applied for the warranty which is 5 years. It was packaged very nicely and the free case it comes with is great for the job. I use a Surface Pro and this monitor is almost as thin as my surface. It is plug and play so no additional software is needed to operate it. It feels sturdy and light and comes with 3 cables, HDMI, USB C, and a power cable. I had the ASOS monitor that I purchased at the beginning of the pandemic. I put in my backpack during a trip and it cracked even though it was in a protective case and only with a few other items. This monitor came with a screen protector, it is a lot lighter and connects via USB. The color is a little bit off, but I use it for utility (work) and not entertainment. It also connects to my Samsung Galaxy Note with Samsung Dex, which turns my work phone into a work tablet. I didn't realize it would do this and it didn't require any additional power (it uses the power from the phone). It has been the best work investment I have made this summer aside from my butt pillow. I am ready for the end of the world in case I need a portable monitor to watch it.
