I bought this toner along with an organic/natural toner, which is the Facial Toner - Hydrating Face Spray - Organic & Natural Ingredients (Witch Hazel & Rose Water) Reduce Puffiness, Redness, Use As Makeup Remover & Astringent After Cleansing Before Moisturizer, 4.7oz so I could compare which between the two has a good/better effect on me. Just a little background, my skin is dry yet I still get acne. So the mix of my skin is quite complicated and I cannot just purchase any skincare products without being sure it would not affect me negatively. My dermatologist said that it is imperative that I get a toner because it will help in moisturizing my face, and she specifically told me to get one that is alcohol-free. So, I stumbled upon Neutrogena's and the BeautyByEarth toner mentioned above. I tried Neutrogena last night and this morning and also tried BeautyByEarth two days ago. BOTH of them actually work well for me and I cannot give any negative comments on either of them. This review will focus more on my experience with Neutrogena's toner as I plan to use this continuously for a week. The feeling this toner gives to my face is so refreshing it almost feels like I am applying just water. I am a dude but I want a good skin especially after being diagnosed with eczema, it hindered my confidence. I try my best to take care of my skin by searching for products like this that do not harm my skin at all. I do not, not even a single sensation, feel any irritation nor burning when applying Neutrogena's toner. Like I said, it feels like I am splashing my face with water! Photo of the ingredients is attached. Moreover, I instantly feel my face moisturize and feel my pores minimize. When I rub my fingers on my face -- smooth! The size of this product with the selling price is reasonable and is a good buy! Probably because I got it as an add-on item. If there is one thing that I would change with it though, is to create a spray/mist bottle version. I have too many skincare regimen that a less step (wipe cotton on face vs spraying) is appreciated. What I like about the other toner is that it has a spray so I can just spray it twice or thrice on my face -- DONE! I know both application procedures has its pros and cons so I leave the decision up to you. Overall, I see myself using this constantly because of the instant comfort my felt face. I will use this alternatively with my other toner, weekly, so I see which gives me a better feeling. Lastly, this product arrived on time and as described.
