I love this tracker. I am not sure why others have had distance or consistency issues, but customer service is AMAZING from this company, and they even call you later to make sure things are working properly. I have been using this GPS tracker for a month, in Battery Save Mode, with 2 hour update intervals. And it works really well. I have it attached to my elderly uncle’s keys, and he wears them everywhere he goes. So I can keep track of the keys, and him so long as he doesn’t take them off. He’s a little belligerent, and realizes the device is tracking him, so sometimes he removes it, but we put it back on, and remind him that it’s there to help find the keys (and him) when they get lost! And then he’s happy again, and amazed that I can find his keys, although I live over 50 miles away!!! The only minor issue I have is that, in Battery Save Mode, the 2 hour updates come in for about a day or two, then sometimes they just stop updating on the interval. But just doing a refresh form the Tracki app, and I get a new update within 1 to 2 minutes, and then it starts updating again during the 2 hour intervals. This is a minor annoyance, since I don’t really need real time tracking, especially knowing ,that once I need a current location, the Tracki will respond immediately! As for battery life, in this mode, we are getting 4 to 7 days of battery life, depending on the location update frequency. All in all, it’s a great product, awesome customer service, and definitely a must buy if you need to track something down! Oh, and best of all, if you do an honest review, such as I am, you can also qualify for a 1 year warranty, that includes lost and damage replacement, as well! You can’t beat that!
