Bought this in June. States it has a 400lb rating. Last weighed I was 338. Stepped on it today, and the entire thing shattered. Didn't jump on it. Just stepped on it barefoot. Glass everywhere. Don't get me wrong, thoroughly enjoyed the scale. It was accurate, and easy to use. Hopefully they can replace it for me. Edit. Called customer service. Not only where they extremely helpful, they are replacing the scale. That is five star service if you ask me.
