LADIES INSTANT GRATIFICATION, YAY!! Bissell hit a home run with this product! I'm so pleased with it performance in cleaning my hallway carpets, dinning room carpet, and living room carpet. I don't recommend it for area rugs, the suction is too strong for no backing light area rugs, this product is for home carpets! The cleaning solution used is really good, the suction really sucks up the liquid, and heating really dries the remaining moisture. The carpet will still feel slightly moist due the to the thickness of the carpet fibers, and in my case, the carpet was totally dry the next day. By it here at Amazon because if your not satisfied they have an excellent return or replacement policy.
