I love the Sous Vide egg bites from Starbucks and decided to try replicate without actually using the Sous Vide circulator. This little gadget is amazing! I took it to work and bring 4 eggs and any additions with me for my breakfast and afternoon snack. It is PERFECT!! I always add cheese and then other things such as sweet onions, green onions, mushrooms, bacon, ham, tomatoes etc. I highly recommend this for anyone and especially for those of us on strict carb diets..... this is an absolute must have.
