Very gentle and hydrating water-based cleanser - Great for dry/ dehydrated/ sensitive skin!
I have combination, dehydrated skin and have been looking for a gentler second cleanser (water-base cleanser) than the Cosrx Low pH Cleanser (which is already known to be gentle and non-stripping) I've been using for a while now because my skin was feeling too tight after, especially as the months get colder. This was recommended by Gothamista on YouTube and it is my holy grail now! It is so gentle and non-stripping - in fact, my face feels more hydrated after cleansing with this product! I've been using it for about a month now and am loving it. It's a foam pump, which is very convenient and easy to use. It comes with a safety clip - which allows for travel without any spills. Highly recommend for those with dry or dehydrated skin. Note: I can't vouch for how well it removes makeup as I always use a first cleanser (oil-base cleanser) which takes most of my makeup off first. Update: I left this review in November 2017, one month after I started using it. It is now June 2018 and I finally finished this cleanser a couple of weeks ago. I've been using one-pump, once a day, almost every day! Talk about bang for your buck! Update 2: It's March 2019 and I'm probably on my 4th or 5th bottle by now - STILL love it. I've tried CeraVe hydrating cleanser (the green one for dry skin) to compare as a lot of people recommended for dry skin... but I noticed when my skin is VERY dry/ compromised (due to acids, etc.), the CeraVe gives me a slightly burning sensation (ow!) but the Hada Labo does not!! Just wanted to add that this cleanser is also perfect for sensitive or sensitized skin!
