For years we always bought COSTCO toilet paper. They used to individually wrap and stopped some years ago. According to COSTCO.com, today the price is $19.99 for 30 rolls of 425 sheets 2-ply rolls. That’s ¢.67 per roll. (12,750 sheets total) Amazon Commercial Ultra Plus is $39.99 for 80 rolls of 400 sheet 2-ply rolls. That’s ¢.50 per roll. (32,000 sheets total). Individually wrapped. Easy to start a fresh roll. Soft. Strong. Sheet for sheet, you’d get 75 unwrapped rolls of COSTCO TP. So, you don’t make out like a bandit but, you do get an extra 5 rolls. We tried the Scott Essential Professional 80 rolls case and did not like them. And more expensive. $46/case. (Currently $50.98). Thin. Tear easily. Hard to start. Too much glue (or maybe old stock). Frustrating when you need a fresh roll quick! Don’t buy these. Plus, we had to wait until all 80 rolls were used. We don’t throw stuff away. I was reluctant to try another Case of Toilet Paper but, the reviews were good. I have to say these are the best value toilet paper I have ever bought. They are just as good as COSTCO and at $39.99/case/80rolls they are really a better value.
