This is a very nice showerhead. The hose is metal, the head is plastic but it doesn't feel cheap. The adjustment for the different patterns has a smooth clicky feel that I really like. But out of the box is not a High-Pressure shower head. You have to remove the tiny o-ring I'm holding in the photo out. If you don't take the o-ring out you will not get good pressure out of the showerhead. The o-ring only restricts the water flow and makes the showerhead barely usable. Out of the box, I would rate it a two. After the O-ring is removed I would rate it at least a 4.5 -5.
