The arm rest is pretty good since its comfortable but not too soft. its a bit thick but its slightly curved so it fits your arm better. The strap from one of the arms broke after 4ish months of use so I emailed customer service and they responded within a few hours and are sending me a new one for free because of it which is great. So even if you have an issue with it you're almost guaranteed to be satisfied since they'll gladly resolve your issue quickly.
