I bought this to pass a drug test for pre-clinicals. I am not a heavy smoker but on my whole break I smoked almost every day and then realized I needed to be tested for my rotations. I drank a pack of this in a 28 oz gatorade the night prior and did the same the next morning along with 60 oz of water - I peed about 2-3 times before I went - drank more water until I was busting to go. I passed my test thankfully because I was scared as anything like I'm sure others would be. Good luck!
