I'm a 36C/D and the D fit perfect. It stayed in place all day, even while playing outdoors with a toddler, and I forgot I was wearing it. It washes easily and I just cover the adhesive with squares of wax paper between uses, since the original plastic tore when I first opened it. A great option if you're pregnant and don't want to keep buying bigger bras!
