I purchased this during Amazon's flash sale so I got an excellent price. It is quite a large bag so after opening I put sealed bag inside of an airtight storage container. It might take me a while to finish bag, but it is such a healthy addition to my diet. I only cook exact size portion per person in HyrbOx no-salt bouillon and usually add some small chopped veggies to it. It is also great with a cold salad including cranberries and other small chopped salad items.
