I have broken my ankle a couple times over my lifetime - so it is always a little less stable and more prone to swelling. I started using a treadmill this past summer, as it is difficult to get regular exercise in due to lockdowns. This brace is perfect for my needs - it slips right over my socks and provides the added stability and compression to keep my ankle feeling secure. I have the confidence to run without taping and the compression allows circulation for my toes so no concerns of cold toes. I will look purchase additional items from this supplier.
