hi i am shawn and am 33 years old and felt like i was going on 70. it has been almost a month into taking active adrenal and can say it makes me feel like myself again. i have tried relentlessly over the past 4 years to find something to help me feel alive again. from self help, to prescription drugs for anxiety, changing my diet dozens of times to see if the next one will work, and take a medicine cabinet full of vitamins. so me things may seem to help for a few days to a week. but everything seemed to fizzle away after that initial zinger of energy. a little over a month ago i found a symptom list of like 30 things for adrenal fatigue, and had just about every symptom. could it be? so i studied like i was in collage again, cup of coffee in one hand, the pot in the other. it looked precisely like what i had, even explaining the oddest of symptoms that the doctor said were likely not connected, but all started around the same time after i was successfully treated for hep. C. then after another collage run of studying the different meds, i liked active adrenal (also called super adrenal) and decided to buy. the first day i took it, around 4:00pm, i felt like i wanted to go for a marathon run. thought that is awesome, but was the last time i felt like that. :( then when the weekend came, i had to conclude that the meds have to be working because my house was still clean, which meant i had the energy after work to pick up after myself. it has stayed like this all month. for the first time in years, i don't plop down after work like a 70 year old man. i get in the shower and clean up. pick up around the house. take my dogs to the dog park. do some shopping. deal with the unexciting life work stuff. cook. do my shopping. and relax in the evenings before bed. i feel "normal". i actually just came off my annual vacation, and had the time of my life. i enjoyed the beach from dawn til dusk. i just placed my order for my next bottle and hope that this lasts forever. p.s. the company says to take 3 doses a day, but i take 2 as i figure my body will acclimate itself and decided i wanted to leave room to add doses at that time. Update, its been at least three months now, and i can say that this feels like a miracle. I am 34 and feel 34. Not everything works the same for every one, but this has worked for me.
