I use this mop principally on a relatively large "fake" hardwood floor in my kitchen and dining area. It replaces another mop with has built-in cleaner and throwaway pads. Likes: 1) The mop covers are washable and reusable. 2) The handle and the head are sturdily built, the mop covers come off easily and when washed and put back in place are quite secure. 3) The mop clearly cleans more effectively than the unit it replaced--I attribute that to its heavier weight, the softer nature of the mop heads which seem to more effectively reach and remove dirt left on the floor after sweeping, and the greater width of the mop head. 4) The 5 provided washable mop heads/cloths mean I always have clean ones available and I am not filling my garbage with materials that can't be recycled. Note: A family member who has a similar (but more expensive) product said she used a name brand window cleaner as her floor chemical, I am doing the same and find it leaves little or no residue behind unlike my former mop tool. Dislikes: 1) I didn't buy it sooner. 2) I still have to do the mop work. I would definitely recommend this and would buy it again...although I suspect it will probably outlast me.
