When I first receive this product I noticed that the valve was leaky and didn't completely seal. The Mattress deflated after 20 mins. I was very disappointed because I purchased this product for a vacation I was leaving for that same week. I contacted customer service and they quickly got back to me and offered to resolve the issue. They overnighted a new mattress to my vacation rental home in Cape Cod no questions asked. There aren't many companies out there today that would be willing to go the extra mile to make sure you were satisfied. I would order from this company again without hesitation. The product is wonderful! My daughter loves sleeping on her "vacation bed" and I hope to get many more years of use from this product.
