I received the item as described in it appears to work just fine, charging my phone rapidly, just like the OEM charger. Unfortunately, my charger has a very loud buzzing whenever it is actually giving juice to the phone. I have tried this with a number of different wall sockets and confirm that the buzzing is coming from the charging unit. I'm usually not very sensitive to these things, but this one is particularly loud. I'm pretty surprised UPDATE Customer service contacted me immediately after I posted the review mentioning the buzzing. They were prompt, polite, and helpful. They sent me a new unit and I didnt have to do anything. The new unit is perfect. I'm completely satisfied.
