I wanted to post this review in case anyone was wondering. The blue in the bunch is great for Goya Empanadas discs. I sealed it without anything inside to try it out. It worked pretty well and will get the job done. Two recommendations, use flour when pressing the empanadas and press hard to seal it tight.
