This is my second time ordering this product and I really like the way my body feels even on the first day. I am usually irregular ie just don't have a healthy gut and this helps me. For months I was dealing with GERD issues, (heartburn, bloating, raspy voice, etc) I took this product and ate yogurt (of which I had been doing) the issue I had dealt with for 2 to 3 months ended. Drink plenty of water. The cost is a bit expensive but it has proven to me to be worth it, I recommend it.
