I bought the V1-cup to use my own ground coffee in my Vue machine and was delighted to learn I could use Kcups with the V1 to brew coffee in my Vue. I was just so exasperated with how hard it is to find Vue cups in any local stores. Well, some Kcups worked well in the V1 and some didn't. Then I found and ordered this upgraded K2V-cup and it has worked on every Kcup I've tried! I was a bit leery at first, after reading how many buyers complaining that using this cup had destroyed their Vue machines. But my Vue was 18 months old and I was almost ready to dump it since it was so hard to find Vue cups (and the range of flavors so narrow). So, not much to lose. Well, the K2V-cup worked very well and I'm glad I got it. I don't know why it didn't work for other people as well. I feel that maybe we were all sold a bill of goods by Keurig on the Vue coffee makers. Many of us bought the more expensive Vue in the belief that Keurig (or Green Mountain Coffee) would offer us a line of Vue cups as extensive as their Kcup line of coffees. Boy, those of us who thought that were sure fooled. Almost two years later and Keurig still offers less than 50 types of Vue cups while its Kcup line is almost 150 types! What was Keurig thinking when they put the Vue machine on the market?
