I see two kinds of reviews here: Positive reviews from people who have tried Dr. West's protocols and negative reviews from people who never tried them. My wife and I both have had some serious health issues that our doctors could not resolve or help. Following Dr. West's advice, we have both gotten better. I have tried the products that he sells, sometimes buying from him and sometimes buying them somewhere else, and they are FAR superior to other similar products. I have tried cheaper brands and they just don't work like the one's recommended by Dr. West. Also keep in mind that using the supplements without the lifestyle modifications would be a waste of time and money. I have 8 years of newsletters and reports saved in a big binder that I often reference.
These reviews are supposed to be for Dr. West's newsletter, so if you tried it and liked it, give it a good review; if you tried it and didn't like it, feel free to give it a bad review. To give a bad review WITHOUT trying it,is like leaving a negative review for a toothpaste with out trying it first and saying "my toothpaste is the best so this toothpaste must be garbage". I have read all of the reviews here and some of the negative reviews are making some assumptions about the type of diet he recommends. He actually recommends a type of Mediterranean Diet, which is one of the most heart healthy in the world. Leaving a review for a "product" without knowing anything about it, nor even trying it, is disingenuous.
